AERIAL TRAINING

Aerial Training Sessions are designed to work entirely on a player receiving balls from the air and controlling the ball to progress the play. The Touch Trainer will be a key component of each session. Aerial Training is supplemental to Small Group Training. Players are divided into age groups. VAST Aerial Training is a 4 week program at VAST North.

The cost is $160 per player and there are no makeups/reschedules/proration.
